Ever Shifting - Arched Infinity

Long time since the last update.

In honor of our friend Ben, member of the Melanchoholics -  a band which I spent many a fine night touring with - I dedicate this mix to the memory of Ben.  Graz, Prague, Duesseldorf, Vienna...  We were all set to play on the night I recorded the new mix online.  Melanchoholics invited me to share the night at Julian Percy's NK venue.  Of course,  we were shattered when we knew the band could not play due to Ben's illness.  This mix is for him, I would have loved to see him fit and full of life like I remember him.  Cheers Ben, Thank you for everything.............!

After over a year of waiting for the "Hecate -Remixes" to be released in Zhark International, I decided to try a new channel.  Ad Noiseam agreed to release the upcong Remixes, featuring Amboss, Vile Enginez, White Darkness and Slutmachine.  April 30th will harken the forthcoming destroyed beats, blackened vocals, and disturbed ambience you have come to know and even suffer for. 

Since this was to be the next vinyl release on Zhark, and it is not forthcoming through this label... Zhark will remain at the moment in a state of Flux whilst Hecate works on releasing a new LP.  Digital formats will continue here on this page, and on the Zhark mp3 download site, with the newest release for sale being S/M's DOOMBRINGER Lp. 

Recently added to the site are some videos from Tomoroh Hidari for his works on Recordlabel Records.  We thought it would be a good idea to mirror them here as he is a very active artist and producer in the current European electronic scene, and always welcome on Zhark.

AN END TOTHE SUMMER

And what a summer it was!

A lot of great parties were to be had here in Berlin in the past months... And more to come as well!  I am getting back to organizing this site here after a bit of a break.  As you may have noticed, there is a new download release by Bulkrate who was found on the previous Zhark download comp.  We liked his submission so much, we thought it would be a good move to ask him for some more tracks to diseminate all of you out there.

This Autumn will bring a Zhark vs Praxis party on October 29th, in Arnhem, Holland with S/M, Hecate, Christoph Fringeli and NihilFist!  Hecate will also be seen for the first time in the Ukraine and Russia in October and November, respectively. 

The Brew Hideous remixes are due to finally be cut on September 13th in London.  We had to wait for our mastering engineer Shane to have a child with his partner!  Finally, one decent excuse!

SORRY SPAIN!!

Hello out there!

After 3 months of planning their Irreverent Fest, the promoters have gone from promising me 4 gigs - plus their outdoor Pagan Rave - to screwing up every single date and then asking me to come and play for free.

I cannot book my shows so far in advance, and then have every single one fuck up and THEN come out for a weekend without getting paid anything. Of course it would be great to be able to travel around and play for free in a world of rainbows and naked pagan witches, but unfortunately this is not reality.

I will be rebooking my shows with another promoter in Spain who seems quite reliable. This mini-tour action will happen sometime at the end of summer or so. Once again I am sorry if you were planning on seeing my performance but I have no choice other than to cancel coming to the show on the 20th....

The Vienna action - "A light at the end of the Orgy" went off splendidly - with a bonus appearance on stage with Belphegor - and a wicked afterparty with Tomoroh Hidari and others in Drei Raum at the Arena! 

Hecate has been busy working on the next Zhark releases as well as her own sonic productions, and has been working on some video projects involving sadistic reveleries of the utmost bizarre...

Hello Zhark friends and fans!

Things are going well over here...
Finally the Treachery has been delivered - once again we are sorry for delays!  Better late than never....!

Shows for the artists will be updated in the coming days,
and a new free download will be available in the next week.
New mp3s will also be available in the shop next week.

Stay tuned for a 30 min. piece by Yann Keller, Julian Percy, Farah Hatam, and Hecate on vocals.  This was recorded at the K:ITA (R.I.P) - and was the best of our epic improv noise sessions.
